Terms of service

panankAI is a product and service operated by Tamiliam AS, a Norwegian limited company (org. no. 937 718 772, Biskop Gunnerus' gate 14A, 0185 OSLO). The agreement under these terms is between the business and Tamiliam AS; “we” and “us” mean Tamiliam AS.

panankAI provides AI assistants and tools that help businesses answer their customers on connected channels, manage conversations, and work with their business knowledge. Features marked “pilot”, “rolling out” or “coming soon” may change or be unavailable.

• The business is responsible for its users, their access and keeping login details safe.
• Information you give us (business details, knowledge) must be accurate — the AI answers from it.

• You are the data controller for your customers' data and must have a lawful basis to process it and to use an AI assistant.
• Keep the AI disclosure and consent settings appropriate for your market. Make sure staff follow up handed-over conversations.
• Follow the policies of the channels you connect (e.g. Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies) and telecom rules.

Do not use panankAI for spam, unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful content, to impersonate others, or to process special categories of data without a proper legal basis and safeguards.

AI responses are generated automatically from the information you provide and may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for the information given to your customers; use handover and approval settings for sensitive matters.

Fees follow your plan. Charges from third parties — for example WhatsApp conversation fees by Meta, phone numbers, SMS and calls by telecom providers — are paid by you directly to those providers unless agreed otherwise.

Tamiliam AS processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor under our data processing agreement and our privacy policy.

We work to keep panankAI available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; material changes are announced in advance.

To the extent permitted by law, Tamiliam AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using panankAI at any time. On termination, channels are disconnected and data is deleted or returned according to the data processing agreement.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are settled by the ordinary courts of Norway unless otherwise agreed.
