panankAI is made by Tamiliam AS, a small company in Oslo, Norway, for small businesses in India and Europe.
Small business owners do everything at once: serve the customer in front of them, answer the phone, reply on WhatsApp and Instagram, and keep the calendar in order. Messages wait — and customers who wait book somewhere else.
We built panankAI so that every customer gets a quick, correct and friendly answer, in their own language, whatever time it is — and so that the owner stays in charge of what the AI says and does.
Why “panankAI”?
Panangkai is the fruit of the palmyra palm — a hardy tree from Tamil Nadu and northern Sri Lanka where every part is useful. We liked that: something rooted, practical and generous. The “AI” at the end is the part that works for you.
