Questions about pricing
Are taxes included?

Prices are shown excluding tax (for example GST in India or MVA in Norway). Tax is added on the invoice.
What is the set-up fee?
+
A one-time fee for setting up your knowledge base, bookings and channels with you, charged once with your first payment. It's shown on each package — and sometimes it's free.
How do I pay?
+
In Europe you pay by card through Stripe: your card is entered on Stripe's secure page, never with us, and your package is charged automatically every month or year. Invoices and receipts are always available in Settings → Plan → Billing, where you can also change the card. In India you pay by invoice for now.
What happens if a card payment fails?
+
Stripe tries again and we show a notice in your dashboard. If the payment is still open after 7 days, the workspace pauses: the AI stops answering and the dashboard is read-only — your data is kept. Everything starts again as soon as the payment goes through.
What does yearly payment give me?
+
Pay for the year and two months are free.
Are WhatsApp and phone costs included?
+
No. WhatsApp message fees are paid directly to Meta, and phone and SMS costs directly to the telecom provider — at their price, with no mark-up from us.
What if I need more?
+
Add an add-on (for example more AI conversations or another user) or move to a bigger package. Enterprise is tailored to you.
